Moving to the auto-builder

My three sites (kirsch.org , nick.org , and extreme.org ) are now built by the auto-builder .

I write down what I want and approve it. An unattended Claude Code agent opens a pull request, waits for CI, and merges.

Merges ship in a release, on demand or daily, and each item is marked shipped once the live site reports its commit.

nick.org also moved from S3 and CloudFront to Cloud Run.
