The first read is hard, particularly if you haven�t read Gibson before. The jarring nature of the introduction is one of it�s most distinctive features. By the time you feel comfortable with the book, you�re three quarters of the way through it, just in time for the truly weird ending.
Mull it over and read it again in a few weeks.
